Soccer Section

The Soccer Section comprises a team selected by our scouts during the previous year. It is made up of 18 high-level players who have demonstrated their potential.

Here are the different stages in the recruitment process for our soccer team:

- 1 Our recruiters identify players at matches, make contact with them and send out invitations for them to try out for our organization.

- 2 Players accept or decline our scouting invitation.

- 3 Players take individual and group tests to get an idea of their level of play.

- 4 We'll send them an e-mail to say whether or not they've been retained.   

- 5 Selected players will be informed of the names of their future teammates, who will be sent to them by e-mail.

- 6 Players will get together at the start of the season to get to know each other.

- 7 We (the coaches, physical and technical trainers, nutritionists, recruiters, agents and manager) will tell them about our objectives, which have always been to keep them at the top level thanks to our quality training sessions with experienced coaches, to showcase their talents against the pro club we'll be playing against, to prepare them for trials so they're ready for the big day.

- 8 During matches, only 15 players are on the team sheet, and 3 are not.

Those who are called up for matches have earned their places at training sessions, which are a time for approving the validity of their participation in matches.

Attention :  No gifts will be given to players; they must earn their places.

- 9 The reason for a player's non-selection for matches will be sent in his individual report during the year. 

Any form of application to join our selection will not be processed, as players are only found by our scouts during the course of the year.
